In summer, this is how it looked -like a broccoli head

and now -light pink color

I have seen this plant around but in mine flower heads are crazy big

and its bending down all branches

As autumn gets its peak - flowers turn in to more darker pink color

rain drops...

Bees buzzing....

Cindy - I am sorry, I have no idea on how well they do in Texas, but i can tell you that its perennial. I have never watered it, not once. only whatever comes through rain. If your garden center sell them then I think they will do well.
